1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website, waitlist, and Projonexa Developers Console (the “Console”). If you do not agree, do not register or use the Console. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Account duties are further described in the Developer Agreement. Supporting policies expand specific topics; if they conflict with these Terms on commercial, account, fee, or platform rules, these Terms control (except that the Privacy Policy controls for personal data topics).
2. Developer registration fee
To join Projonexa Developers Console, every developer must pay a one-time Developer Registration Fee of ₹2,500.
Non-refundable — no exceptions for the fee itself
- Once you create a developer account and pay the registration fee, the ₹2,500 amount is non-refundable. You will not receive that money back.
- If your account is not verified, the fee remains non-refundable.
- If your account is restricted, suspended, or closed because you do not follow our policies, rules, or Terms, the fee remains non-refundable.
- These fee rules are non-negotiable.
3. One developer, one account
One developer may maintain only one Console account for publishing projects. Duplicate, repetitive, or parallel accounts are not allowed. See also the Developer Agreement.
- You may not open a second account under the same identity, name, or related details to bypass limits, reviews, or bans.
- If you attempt to open a second (or further) account after already having one, any payment made for that additional registration is non-refundable, and the additional account will not be opened / approved.
- We may investigate, reject, or close accounts that appear to violate this rule.
4. Platform and transaction charges
When a project is sold through Projonexa, the following charges apply to developers. These charges are transparent, mandatory, and non-negotiable.
| Charge | Rate | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | 5% | Taken by Projonexa on the project sale amount |
| Transaction fee | 2% | Applicable per project sale / transaction processing |
| Total Console charges | 7% | Combined platform + transaction fees on the sale amount |
- Overall, developers are charged 7% of the project sale amount (5% platform + 2% transaction).
- Additional payment-processor or bank transaction charges (if any) may apply on payouts or transfers and are the developer’s responsibility as incurred.
- You agree that these fees will be deducted as described before net earnings are available for withdrawal.
5. Contribution / multi-developer projects
Contribution projects (shared ownership / shared revenue) are allowed under these rules. Details are expanded in the Revenue Sharing policy.
- Every contributor must have an active Projonexa Developers Console account. Projects cannot be sold as contribution projects unless all participating developers are registered Console developers.
- Revenue from contribution sales is distributed according to the approved contribution splits among the developers on that project.
- The 7% charge (5% platform + 2% transaction) applies in relation to each developer’s share of the sale. Charges are applied so each developer’s distributed amount is subject to the applicable Console fees as described in these Terms.
6. Publishing, review, and approval
Paying the registration fee and holding a Console account does not mean you can list a project immediately. Every project must pass review and approval. Publishing standards are detailed in the Content Policy.
Submission requirements include (as applicable):
- Complete project details and documentation as requested by Projonexa
- A proper working demo of the project
- A demo URL and demo login credentials so our team can access and verify that the project works as claimed
- Any other materials needed to assess quality, authenticity, and readiness
Reviews may be performed by AI-assisted checks and human reviewers. We examine documentation, demos, technical readiness, and related materials. Only after we are satisfied will a project be approved for listing at the stated amount on the platform path supported by the Console.
If a project is rejected or clarification is required, you may be given a chance to reapply / appeal. You must fix the issues raised and provide a clear, specific explanation of what you changed and why. Incomplete or unclear resubmissions may be rejected again.
7. Project upload and listing limits
- There is no overall lifetime limit on how many projects a developer may upload over time (subject to these Terms and approval).
- During the initial phase, developers may list a maximum of five (5) projects per day. This daily listing limit is temporary and may be removed or changed later at Projonexa’s discretion so that unlimited daily listing becomes available.
8. Payouts
Contributor distribution mechanics are also described in Revenue Sharing.
- Payout cycle: Payouts are initiated on the 29th of each month for eligible, approved requests.
- Minimum balance: You must have at least ₹10,000 withdrawable balance to apply for a payout.
- Example: if your balance is ₹9,999, you cannot apply. If your balance is ₹10,000 or more (and other requirements are met), you may apply.
Before a payout can be processed, you must:
- Complete developer account verification
- Set up your billing account and billing address
- Submit all documents and details required by Projonexa for payout compliance and verification
- Pass team verification of the above — only then will an eligible payout be processed on the 29th payout cycle
Applying for a payout does not guarantee same-day credit. Funds are released according to the monthly cycle after verification and approval.
9. Acceptable use and integrity
You agree not to misuse the website or Console, submit false information, upload infringing or harmful projects, attempt unauthorized access, create duplicate accounts, manipulate reviews or sales, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without refund of the registration fee.
Publishing rules are detailed in the Content Policy. Community conduct is detailed in the Community Guidelines.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your original project content, subject to the licenses and rights needed for Projonexa to host, review, list, and distribute as intended. Projonexa Developers Console branding, site design, and platform materials are owned by Projonexa and may not be copied without permission. Infringement notices and takedowns are described in the Copyright Policy.
11. Disclaimer
The website and Console are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projonexa disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Approval of projects and payout timing depend on verification, compliance, and operational processes described above.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
