1. Purpose
This Copyright Policy explains ownership, licenses, infringement notices, takedowns, and counter-notices for content on Projonexa Developers Console. It supplements the Terms of Service. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms on commercial, account, fee, or platform rules, the Terms control.
2. Ownership
You retain ownership of your original project content, subject to the rights you grant Projonexa to operate the Console. Projonexa branding, site design, and platform materials remain owned by Projonexa.
3. License to Projonexa
By submitting a project, you grant Projonexa a non-exclusive license to host, store, review, display, list, and otherwise distribute the materials as needed to operate review, Console tools, and marketplace-ready listing flows described in the product.
4. Infringement notices
If you believe content on the Console infringes your copyright, send a notice to both copyright@projonexa.com and support@projonexa.com. Include:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- The location / URL or listing details of the allegedly infringing material
- A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized
- Your signature or typed full name affirming the notice is accurate
5. Our response
After receiving a complete notice, Projonexa may review the claim and may remove or disable access to the material while the matter is assessed. We may notify the developer who submitted the content.
6. Counter-notice
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to the same copyright and support email addresses. Include:
- Your name and contact information
- The project ID, URL, or listing details that were removed or disabled
- A statement explaining why you believe the material should be restored
- A statement that you consent to Projonexa processing the counter-notice and sharing it with the original complainant as needed
- Your signature or typed full name
Projonexa may restore content, keep it disabled, or take other action after review. Restoration is not guaranteed.
7. Repeat infringement
Developers who repeatedly submit infringing material may have publishing rights restricted or accounts suspended or terminated. Registration fees remain non-refundable under the Terms.
8. Relationship to Terms
Broader liability and platform rules remain in the Terms. See also the Content Policy and the Legal overview.
