Listing Declarations

Before you submit a project for review on Projonexa Developers Console, you must confirm the declarations below. This page explains what each confirmation means for Software, Hardware, and Hybrid listings.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Purpose

When you list a project on Projonexa Developers Console, you make binding declarations about originality, policy compliance, safety, accuracy, and acceptance of the Terms of Service. These declarations apply to every listing, Software, Hardware, and Hybrid, and supplement the full policy suite. If this page conflicts with the Terms on commercial, account, fee, or platform rules, the Terms control.

2. Software, Hardware, and Hybrid

Your engineering focus determines which deliverables and accuracy standards apply. Full category rules live in the Content Policy.

FocusWhat you must stand behind
SoftwareWorking software, source access as described, documentation, and demo that match the listing
HardwarePrototype description, components, working condition, and any saleable hardware matching what is listed
HybridBoth software and hardware standards apply to the respective parts of the listing

3. “This is my original work (or I have rights to list it)”

By confirming this declaration, you represent that you own the project materials or have all licenses and permissions needed to list and sell them on Projonexa. That includes source code, documentation, media, designs, firmware, PCB files, and hardware designs as applicable.

  • Software: Do not list scraped, stolen, or unlicensed third-party code as your own.
  • Hardware: Do not list counterfeit designs, unauthorized copies of commercial boards, or protected IP you do not control.
  • Hybrid: Rights must cover both the software and hardware portions you include.

Details: Copyright Policy, Ownership.

4. “This listing complies with the Projonexa Content Policy”

You confirm the listing meets publishing standards: allowed content, submission completeness, and prohibited-content rules. Category-specific expectations for Software, Hardware, and Hybrid are set out in the Content Policy.

5. “The project contains no malware or harmful code”

You confirm the deliverables do not include malware, ransomware, credential stealers, intentionally harmful scripts, deceptive security threats, or other dangerous payloads.

  • Software / Hybrid: Source, builds, demos, and dependencies must not ship known malicious behavior.
  • Hardware / Hybrid: Firmware, flashing tools, and companion software must likewise be free of harmful code.

Details: Content Policy, Safety.

6. “The description and deliverables are accurate”

You confirm that titles, descriptions, features, tech stack, demos, pricing, what’s included, and (where relevant) hardware condition and components are true and not misleading.

  • Software: Features and setup steps work as claimed; demos reflect the packaged deliverable.
  • Hardware: Working condition, components, and inclusions match what buyers/reviewers will receive.
  • Hybrid: Both sides of the listing must be accurate; do not overstate either part.

Details: Content Policy, Accuracy. Hardware fulfillment remedies are in the Terms, Hardware prototypes.

7. “I accept the Terms of Service”

You agree to the full Terms of Service, including registration rules, one-account policy, platform and handling charges, GST, hardware prototype charges where applicable, publishing review, payouts, and enforcement.

8. Contributor split declaration (when applicable)

If you list contributors, you also confirm that all listed contributors have agreed to the equal revenue split shown in the Console. See Revenue Sharing.

9. Enforcement

False declarations, policy breaches, or misrepresented Software, Hardware, or Hybrid listings may lead to rejection, removal, account restriction or termination, withheld payouts, cost recovery, and other remedies under the Terms. Registration fees remain non-refundable as stated in the Terms.
