Revenue Sharing

How contributor splits, Console charges, and payouts work for multi-developer projects on Projonexa Developers Console.

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Purpose

This Revenue Sharing policy explains how contribution projects share proceeds on Projonexa Developers Console. It supplements the Terms of Service. If this policy conflicts with the Terms on commercial, account, fee, or platform rules, the Terms control.

2. Who can share revenue

Every contributor must have an active, verified Projonexa Developers Console account. Projects cannot be sold as contribution projects unless all participating developers are registered Console developers.

3. Setting splits

The project owner sets contributor percentage splits in the Console. Splits must be approved according to Console flows before sale proceeds are distributed. Keep splits accurate and agreed among contributors. Changes after sales may not apply retroactively except as Projonexa permits for corrections.

4. Console charges

The standard Console charges apply in relation to each developer’s share of the sale:

ChargeRateWhat it covers
Platform fee5%Taken by Projonexa on the applicable amount
Transaction fee2%Transaction processing related to the sale
Total Console charges7%Combined platform + transaction fees

These charges are mandatory and non-negotiable, consistent with the Terms.

5. Payouts

  • Minimum balance: at least ₹10,000 withdrawable balance to apply.
  • Cycle: payouts are initiated on the 29th of each month for eligible, approved requests.
  • Developers must complete verification, billing setup, and required documents before payouts are processed.

6. Adjustments

Chargebacks, refunds, payment disputes, fraud findings, or accounting corrections may reduce or reverse balances, including amounts previously allocated under a contribution split. Projonexa may adjust developer balances to reflect those outcomes.

7. Inactive or unverified contributors

Contributors who are inactive, unverified, suspended, or otherwise ineligible cannot receive payouts until they meet Console requirements. Unclaimed or blocked shares may be held or handled as described in Console operations and the Terms.

8. Relationship to Terms

Fee, account, and payout masters remain in the Terms of Service. See the Legal overview for related policies.
