How Projonexa Developers Console collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, waitlist, and developer Console.

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Scope

Projonexa Developers Console (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect on the marketing website, waitlist, registration, verification, publishing, billing, and payout flows. By using our services, you acknowledge this Policy together with our Terms of Service.

Related platform policies are listed on the Legal overview. If another policy conflicts with this Privacy Policy on personal data topics, this Privacy Policy controls.

2. Information we collect

  • Website & waitlist: name, email, optional role, optional GitHub profile, and messages you send us.
  • Developer account: identity and profile details required for registration and verification.
  • Project submissions: documentation, demos, demo URLs, demo credentials, media, and related materials you provide for review (AI-assisted and human).
  • Billing & payouts: billing account details, billing address, and documents required to verify and process payouts (including for the monthly payout cycle on the 29th).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

  • Communicate product updates and early access (waitlist)
  • Create and verify developer accounts (one developer, one account)
  • Review and approve or reject project submissions
  • Calculate and apply Console charges (including the 5% platform fee and 2% transaction fee, totaling 7% on applicable sales)
  • Process contribution splits and payouts when you meet the ₹10,000 threshold and verification requirements
  • Prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and policy abuse
  • Improve and secure the website and Console

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments, fees, and payouts

Payment processors and banks may process registration fees (₹2,500, non-refundable as stated in the Terms), sale settlements, and withdrawals. We retain records needed for accounting, charge calculation (including the non-negotiable 7% Console charges), contribution distributions, and the monthly payout cycle initiated on the 29th of each month for eligible developers.

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate hosting, email, analytics, payments, and verification — only as needed to provide the Console. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Projonexa, developers, and users.

6. Storage and retention

We retain account, project, billing, and payout records for as long as needed to operate the Console, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Waitlist data is kept for launch communications until you request removal where applicable.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please keep your credentials confidential and use strong passwords.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal data by contacting us, subject to legal retention needs (for example, payment and payout records). Closing an account does not create a right to refund of the non-refundable ₹2,500 registration fee described in the Terms.

9. India-focused notice

We primarily serve developers in India and process data in connection with providing Projonexa Developers Console. As the product grows, we will update this Policy to reflect applicable Indian data protection requirements.
